    As long as you attend necessary meetings, it doesn’t matter when you get your work done. Want to work at 11:00 pm? Great!

    We offer flexible paid time off in the US and Canada. And we actually want you to take it! Most of us take between 3-5 weeks vacation a year.

    In the U.S. and Canada, employees receive $50 per month towards their cell phone and internet bills.

    In Canada, we offer RRSPs through Manulife with a match of up to 4%. We offer a non-matching 401(k) plan in the U.S.

    We support reasonable requests for reimbursement of courses and materials on topics relevant to your work.
