Pricing that scales with you

Founder Plans are exclusive plans for early Inworld supporters that lock in TTS-1 & 1.5 rates of $5/1M characters (Mini) and $10/1M characters (Max), compared to the new standard rates of $25/1M and $50/1M, respectively. There are three tiers of Founder Plans: Creator, Developer and Growth. Each includes monthly credits, and higher tiers unlock higher concurrency limits and additional features like credit rollover and compliance add-ons.

You must subscribe to a Founder Plan before May 7, 2026. After that date, Founder pricing is no longer available and accounts will move to the On-Demand plan with base rates of $25/1M characters for Mini and $50/1M characters for Max. You'll still be able to subscribe to one of our publicly available plans after May 7, which offer significant discounts on these rates at higher volume tiers, increased limits, and additional features.

Creator is for content creators and small projects; it unlocks audio downloads, a commercial license, and more custom voices. Developer is for production applications; you get higher concurrency limits, credit rollover, and priority email support. Growth is for high-volume production use-cases; it offers 1,000 custom voices, compliance add-ons, and the highest concurrency limits available. Enterprise is fully custom — contact sales.

Credits are a dollar-denominated balance used to pay for usage across all Inworld products. When you subscribe, you receive credits equal to your plan price at the start of each billing cycle. For example, the Developer plan ($300/mo) grants $300 in monthly credits. As you use Inworld products, usage is metered and deducted from your credit balance at your tier's rates. Higher tiers unlock higher limits across various features/products.

Your existing credit balance carries over. When you subscribe to a Founder Plan, the subscription credits are added to your current balance. For example, if you have $100 in existing credits and subscribe to the Developer plan ($300/mo), your new balance will be $400.

For Developer plans and above, unused subscription credits roll over automatically for up to 3 months, as long as you have an active paid subscription and a plan of equal or higher value. Each month's credit grant has its own 3-month window before it expires. For example, if you have $50 unused from January, that $50 expires at the end of March.

You can purchase additional credits or enable auto-reload to automatically add credits when your balance drops below a threshold you set. These credits are billed at your Founder tier's rates and expire after 1 year from purchase. They are not subject to monthly expiration or rollover limits.

Upgrades take effect immediately. The amount charged is the difference between your current plan and your new plan, pro-rated for the remaining days in this billing cycle, and inclusive of any outstanding usage. Any unused credits roll over and are added to your new balance. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, at which point any remaining credits are forfeited. If you cancel or downgrade your Founder Plan to On-Demand, you lose access to the Founder TTS rates and would need to subscribe to a standard plan at the new rates. Founder Plans cannot be re-activated after cancellation.
