Inworld Startup AI Credits Program
Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
The Inworld Startup AI Credits Program ("Program") provides eligible startups with access to a credits allocation that can be used across Inworld TTS, Inworld Runtime, and supported third-party model providers. These Inworld Startup AI Credits Terms ("Program Terms") govern participation in the Program and supplement the Inworld Terms of Service (www.inworld.ai/terms) and Privacy Policy (www.inworld.ai/privacy), which are incorporated by reference. By participating in the Program, each company ("Recipient") agrees to these Program Terms and the Terms of Service (together, the "Agreement"). If any conflict arises between the Program Terms and the Terms of Service, the Program Terms govern participation in the Program.
2. Eligibility
The Program is available to startups with fewer than twenty-five (25) employees at the time of application. Recipients must not be located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction subject to United States export controls or sanctions. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Applicants must provide accurate information about their company and intended use of Inworld’s Services. The Program is limited to one grant per company. Existing enterprise customers, subsidiaries of a previous Recipient, and affiliates of a previous Recipient are not eligible.
3. Credit allocation
Each approved Recipient receives a defined allocation of Inworld credits ("Credits"). Credits may be used across Inworld TTS, Inworld Runtime, and supported third-party model providers. Credits are intended to support up to one year of development, but actual duration depends on usage. Unused Credits expire twelve (12) months after the date of approval and cannot be carried over, transferred, or redeemed for cash or other value.
4. Post-credit options
When the earlier of the following occurs: (a) the end of the twelve (12) month period, or (b) the Recipient's use of all Credits, the Recipient's account will convert to Inworld's standard Free plan unless the Recipient chooses to upgrade. Any remaining Credits expire at that time. Recipients may upgrade to an Enterprise plan at any point by contacting the Inworld team.
5. Branding and promotion
Recipients agree to display the "Inworld AI Credits Winner" logo on their website, with a link to Inworld, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of approval. Placement must be reasonably prominent. Inworld may reference the Recipient's name and branding for promotional purposes. The Recipient grants Inworld a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to use the Recipient's name, logo, and marks for this purpose.
6. Use of services
Recipients agree to use Inworld Services in compliance with all applicable laws, the Agreement, and any Inworld policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy. Inworld may conduct periodic reviews of usage to ensure compliance. Misuse, prohibited activity, or violation of the Agreement may result in termination from the Program.
7. Application and notification
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Inworld will make reasonable efforts to provide a decision within two (2) weeks of submission, although timing may vary. The Program may remain open or close to new applications at Inworld’s discretion.
8. Termination and compliance
Inworld may suspend or terminate a Recipient’s participation in the Program if Inworld determines that any requirement of the Agreement has been violated or not met, or if termination is required by applicable law or regulation.
9. Modifications
Inworld may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Program Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided through email or through the Inworld platform.
10. Contact
