FAQs
What are the eligibility requirements?
- You must have a launched or ready to launch product and a clear business model.
- We accept teams building long-term products intended for market release.
- We do not award credits to products designed for minors aged 18 or under.
- The program is open to startups with fewer than 25 employees.
- Each company may submit one application.
- Existing enterprise customers are not eligible.
- Recipients must display the "Inworld AI Credits Winner" logo on their website with a link to Inworld for one year.
Is there a deadline to apply?
No. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
What happens after the one-year credits period?
Your plan converts to a Free plan unless you choose another option. You can speak with our team if you are preparing to scale.
What if I need more usage?
If you exceed the included credits during the 12-month period, your plan converts to a Free plan unless you upgrade. We notify teams when they approach their limit.
Can I resell or exchange my credits?
No. Credits cannot be sold or exchanged. Doing so violates the program terms.
Do you sign NDAs for applications?
No. We do not sign NDAs for grant applications.
What technology stacks do you support?
We integrate with JavaScript and TypeScript (Node.js), Unity, Unreal Engine, web applications, backend services, and custom pipelines through REST or WebSocket APIs.
